This is a 60-minute assessment and nutrition counselling session. It is the starting point for all nutrition packages, and the first look at your lifestyle and eating patterns.

During this private consultation, we’ll review your nutrition habits, your attitudes around food, your medical history, your supplement and medication use, and your lifestyle factors like exercise, work, stress, and family.

In addition, we'll collect some data points like height, weight, and waist measurement, so you can track your progress over time. With all of this information in hand, we'll be able to assess what your next steps should be, and find a program to help you understand healthy nutrition and develop habits that last a lifetime.

I offer an assortment of nutrition and holistic health packages. But the first step is always the Initial Assessment. This 60-minute consultation lays the groundwork for determining your present state, your goals, and the best path to get you there.
